  The reason for the 3 star rating is it's hit or miss on the service and quality of food. The inconsistent of the timing of the food being served as well. It must be who's cooking and running the kitchen. Cause when it's on point the food is high in quality and service is good. I do recommend trying at least once......

  Wonderful staff, friendly, and great service. Food is fresh and hot. Chicken fried sandwich, sweet potatoes fries, pretzel bites and pastrami slider were phenomenal! Thank you for taking care of us! Jenn is fantastic!

  The atmosphere and the service was fine. Where there was opportunity was in the food. I ordered the Filet Mignon medallions. They appeared with grill marks that were likely just stamped on, because the preparation taste like the meat was boiled and the texture was unappealing. Perhaps the chefs from Anthony’s might take a few moments to teach how a steak should be prepared. Sorry it was disappointing .

  We had a reservation for a booth to celebrate a birthday because we love coming for the Tuesday crab legs. When we arrived, the young lady said she never received the reservation. I showed her the confirmation on my phone, but she basically ignored it and just said there were no booths available—even though three booths remained empty. Normally, we have no issues and enjoy coming here, but today’s experience was really disappointing, especially since it was meant to be a birthday celebration. You could add what you’d like the restaurant to do, such as acknowledge the issue or improve how reservations are handled. For example: I hope management looks into how reservations are received and handled so other guests don’t have the same experience. We enjoy the food and would like to return, but better communication and customer service would make a big difference.

  The food is good and the service is generally fine, but the welcome at the front desk is another story entirely. I’m genuinely curious how people can be hired for a hospitality position while being so unfriendly, unsmiling, and visibly annoyed to see customers. A hostess is supposed to make guests feel welcome; not make them wonder whether they’ve done something wrong simply by walking through the door. And unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time experience. We’ve been here several times, and it’s consistently the same. At some point, you have to wonder who is doing the hiring and training for the front-of-house team. It’s a shame, because the food is good, but being greeted with attitude every time definitely doesn’t make you want to come back.
