- BMBrett MyersJan 5, 20261.0The assistant manager Pat starts the interaction as a walk in the door with the service animal and ask if my service animal is friendly. Before I know it there's an Unleashed poodle running around that literally lunges and attacks my dog, as I kick the dog away the owner comes up could care less what happened and Pat says nothing. Not only does he never take my drink but clearly that was his friend who he allows an Unleashed dog as a threat to any Patron especially those who have service animals in that facility when I notified Misty the next day she could care less. Here are the pictures to prove everything... of course after I complained to Pat he finally put the dog on a leash which you'll notice in the picture. I'll be notifying corporate tomorrow.
