  Update 6/1: came in to get order that was to be ready at 237 pm got here two minutes early to be told by the manager Caleb not wearing a name tag that there was a bunch he decided to make first out of the order costing me time and money because he went out of order when it came to prepping something that was supposed to be ready before I aerived. Major disappointment. Also the manage Caleb didn't come out front to help or assist for several minutes leaving the front of the store with no help and appear like a ghost town in to pick up an order. Seems they didn't start it until I got there. Horrible experience

  Horizon location I just ordered a deal going on for two medium pizzas, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. When it arrived, it was two cheese pizzas when I ordered two pepperoni pizzas. I called and I guess when I ordered online it input cheese and not pepperoni like I wanted. I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant and have two small kids (1&3) and I HATE cheese pizza! I was about to start crying when I saw it. (Pregnancy hormones with not getting the right food) I called the store and the manager fixed it for me even though it did ring up as cheese. I’m so very grateful to the manager as being pregnant with cravings is NO JOKE! I’m very satisfied with my experience and they got the correct order to me within 10 minutes and it came fresh! 10/10 experience!

  I ordered two pizzas from here and it took almost 2 hours to get them. What a joke. This is how my pizza looked. Enough olives to cover five pizzas. The taste was horrible and the service was even worse. The person who I spoke to on the phone, acted like he needed to hurry up and get off the phone and hung up on me. I want to refund. I will never order from this pizza place again

  I ordered pizza for pick up..I get home and the olives didn't cover all the slices! Looks like the just threw on however..
