  Update 6/1: came in to get order that was to be ready at 237 pm got here two minutes early to be told by the manager Caleb not wearing a name tag that there was a bunch he decided to make first out of the order costing me time and money because he went out of order when it came to prepping something that was supposed to be ready before I aerived. Major disappointment. Also the manage Caleb didn't come out front to help or assist for several minutes leaving the front of the store with no help and appear like a ghost town in to pick up an order. Seems they didn't start it until I got there. Horrible experience

  Horizon location I just ordered a deal going on for two medium pizzas, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. When it arrived, it was two cheese pizzas when I ordered two pepperoni pizzas. I called and I guess when I ordered online it input cheese and not pepperoni like I wanted. I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant and have two small kids (1&3) and I HATE cheese pizza! I was about to start crying when I saw it. (Pregnancy hormones with not getting the right food) I called the store and the manager fixed it for me even though it did ring up as cheese. I’m so very grateful to the manager as being pregnant with cravings is NO JOKE! I’m very satisfied with my experience and they got the correct order to me within 10 minutes and it came fresh! 10/10 experience!

  I’m not really sure why this location has such low ratings. We always order from this location after moving to this side of town and we’ve never had any issues. And the kids that work there are excellent. Very polite and always make sure everything is in the bag, including sauces. Sometimes throwing in extra! Maybe the reviews are more based off old staff members 🤷‍♀️ i’d take a picture, but we already devoured it lol. Tonight me and my son did an easy two personal pepperoni pizzas and a plate of chicken Alfredo pasta. Delicious 👌

  Being real, aside from what I have heard about this location I decided that I would give this place a shot. I'm all about seeing for myself, Well let's just say that I should have gone with my gut instinct. I placed my order and when I went to pick up my order, it was ready. After paying, I asked for a bag, the response I got from that simple minded person behind the counter was like asking for her to climb a mountain. What was even worse is that I had 2 containers (1 small and 1 big) she puts the small one on the bottom and large on top. Everything on top opened up while she bagged it and then passes it to me. I wonder who helps her tie her shoes in the morning smh **Update: to the (owner) replying to my post, we can see this is an auto response to the public. Replying to the public and asking for our information is NOT how to resolve the issue. The issue is within your establishment, have a look at your employees and not the customers for resolution
