  I've ordered here for years but the last 2 times have been a bad experience and the manager has no customer service skills. The first time we ordered 4 pizzas 1 all cheese was burnt and then got a completely different pizza so I had to come back as it was a carry out. And they remade our pizzas but the other 2 pizzas were cold dur to their mistake and said they can't remake them because they were fine. But it was cause of their mistake I had to come back. I asked to speak to the owner and he said good luck with that you'll have to search him up cause I don't have his number. Huh you don't have the number for your boss. Well hope I can reach out to him to let him know how his manager is running it into the ground many more options around here. I gave them another chance and ordered 1 half and half pizza. Again it came out burnt on the cheese side the bottom was okay but at the top it was hard and burnt I asked them if they could remake it and the manager at this said word for word " we can't control the temperature for the oven and control how the pizza is going to come out." I've seen other friends cheese pizza and no problem and have ordered this kind before from here no problem but lately the quality has been terrible and the manager is bad. Everytime I come here they are just standing around talking. How about the look and inspect the pizza before handing it to the customer. He said I am blocked from ordering pizza from here. No worries I won't be coming back

  Waited an hour for our food only to get a refund before they closed with no notification or anything. Thanks for nothing and wasting our time!

  My wife ordered a thin crust pizza and the wrong thick crust pizza was delivered. Matias, the manager said the order came in thru customer service and that he was busy an not going to credit her for a $27.00 pizza. Said he would credit $7.99 toward her next order. He then said he is by himself and needs to get back to making pizza. Terribly irresponsible "manager". Please don't spend your money in this location. They obviously don't value customers in the who support them from the Anthem neighborhood.

  Two days in a row the worst pizza I ever had first day just got the box deal personal pan pizza and boneless wings the pizza was nothing but dough and one piece had absolutely no cheese at all boneless wings were just lazily topped with lemon pepper second day got the Parmesan pizza barely had cheese or Parmesan the slices looked like a toddler cut them some where the size of my pinky I will post pictures I’m done with this location

  I ordered extra sauce and super well done. It was under cooked. I don't think they paid attention to cooking instructions. Very mid pizza
