How you are able to put that in and pull that out of the oven without noticing is beyond me. Disappointed, was really looking forward to these CHEESE sticks.

- AKAlesha KonskeyJun 24, 20261.0HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A MEDIOCRE PRODUCT AT BEST!!! Order was incorrect (and it doesn’t even matter what was wrong with the order), I called and spoke with the manager. He explained that he couldn’t do anything that day, but we could call in any time and mention that we talked to him and they would remake the order and deliver it to us. However, when I called in to get the order remade a few days later, another manager answered and treated me like the dumbest person on the planet and refused to remake the order for us even after I mentioned the other managers name and his promise to remake the order for us. After multiple attempts to explain the situation to him, unsuccessfully, he stated “I’ll talk to him and make sure he never promises to make anyone’s order over again like that again”. He then hung up and never apologized or stood by the other managers promise that had already been made. The proper way to handle that situation would be to apologize for the mistake, agree to remake the order this one time and explain that they will tell the other manager not to make promises like that to customers anymore. The customer should never be “punished” for an employees mistake, especially when they are the “store manager on duty”. PLENTY OF OTHER PIZZA PLACES TO GO TO, AVOID THIS ONE IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD AND AN OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!
