Instead of a refund, the put me on a list to come in an order a meal for the money I already paid. I order online, so this means I paid for meals I threw away. It is a gamble to pay them and then maybe you can eat it. I get the policy. It benefits them and they keep my money. The people were always nice, but minus deconstructing everything before you leave, their attention to detail is awful.
