- JPJo PowellSep 18, 20261.0I’m basically a native Las Vegan and Metro pizza has been a staple in my life since the 90s. Once the location on Decatur closed I have unfortunately had to resort to the the Horizon Ridge location. This place sucks. They have messed up two Uber Eats orders on two separate occasions. The first time they delivered a burnt pizza and forget part of the order. Just today we tried again and they forgot two orders of chicken fingers and fries. I called them and they tried to blame the Uber Eats driver and said they handed it off to him and then refused to remedy the problem. I then called the Uber driver and he said he only delivered what they gave him. I don’t believe for a second that they gave the stuff to the uber driver. They are a disgrace to the Metro name. Shame on them! I would not eat here again.

They don't give sauces and dressings. They don't include the sides. I used to like Metro. 3 times in a row now they can't get a simple order right. I'm done wasting money at a restaurant that can't make a simple order correctly.

He forgot about us, and after 20 minutes of still not having our drink order taken we left. I've been eating here with my family for years; I probably won't be back anytime soon with that kind of service.
- JBJames BroadbentAug 29, 20263.0The pizza is good, but the bathrooms and general state of the restaurant is not great. The bathrooms especially are quite filthy. They would just need some pretty easy repairs like replacing the caulking on the sinks and the toilets, general deep scrub and clean of the tiles, and also the bathroom stall door for the toilet doesn’t stay shy very well and there’s a big gap so people can see you when you were sitting on the toilet, which is not nice. One of the sinks in the bathroom does not work. Again, it’s not like they have to completely renovate the bathroom, but some pretty simple cheap repairs would be easy to do either hire somebody to do them or doing them yourself would be easy. It’s pretty distracting honestly, to be sitting down eating food and then need to visit the restroom, but the restroom is filthy and then you go back to eating your food. Kind of kills the atmosphere.
