  The manager at Tuesday August 25th in the evening at 9:30 needs to be fired she refuses to do her job and has a terrible attitude problem.

  If you want to end up getting cold food, and wait more than 20-30 minutes. They said they’re busy but they run around like chickens without a hand. Nobody is organized. There’s nobody and fries nobody expediting. Five minutes after I ordered my food. My drinks were sitting out. I ordered two mocha frappe and by the time I got my food. They look like chocolate milk. They were melted.

  Horrible food, orders are always wrong, rude/disrespectful employees, long waits, and an atmosphere where the employees could care less about providing good service. **James Vance**, do you even care about the service your business provides, or are you only concerned with the bottom line. Because this store has serious issues and they have been going on for a long time. The reviews for this store are all very similar. I'm not in business and I think I can narrow down how to turn things around. Until they solve their issues, do not waste your money here because they dont care what you get from them or what you think. I'd rather pay a couple dollars more and go to In and Out. They take pride in their service and product.
