only flaw, after I'm done eating, I'm made to feel I gotta leave right afterwards. Not a fan of anyone dictating my pace of try to enjoy my food. Especially since I'm paying for it.

In drive-thru I ordered a QP/w cheese minus the onion and pickles, and just lite on the ketchup. At the pay window, the young lady repeated my order back but forgot the " lite on the ketchup " part- I've noticed McDonald's lately seems to be drenching their burgers in ketchup for some reason, and as much as like the sweet, red condiment, too much is just too much. Anyway the cashier yelled down to the guy putting my order together to go "lite on the ketchup" to which he responded loudly "it's already in the F ing bag"! The cashier then mouthed the words to her co-worker "I know, he just now told me". After I collected my order I noticed the bag was heavier than it should be, and when I looked inside i found out why- along with my burger, he added no less than 19 packets of ketchup, and when I opened the burger it was so drenched in ketchup it was inedible. I stopped and looked back at the window and the employee was laughing hysterically. It might have been funny to me as well when I was 6 years old and trying to impress my pretty co- worker, but as a grown-up with only 20 minutes for lunch, I found it aggravating and childish. I was particularly hungry that night and had to go without a meal. Before that incident, I ate at this particular McDonald's five times a week (at least). Never again. Thanks for ruining my day kiddo. Hope it paid off.

Your employees might want to help your customers take there order before they walk out in frustration with the kiosk crap. Im not paid to work there! Im sure in today's economy you cant afford to have customers walking out without buying anything because they cant figure out kiosk. They would rather watch you leave

Another Bad experience, litterlry just had to walk out and walk down the street to In and Out, just because I was standing there being ignored for 10 minutes, nobody offering to take my order, I have epilepsy, I don't wanna use the screen to order, when I don't feel well. But this McDonald's, come on Guys. Where is the Manager, ignoring customers and loosing business. I'ma complain on The Reddit Locals page to, this McDonald's sucks.
