  I ordered a mcgriddle with bacon. Got home and it was just the buns and a strip of bacon. Like what?

  Espero q el superior del gerente de este restaurante vea este comentario quede completamente decepcionada por el gerente de este restaurante una persona déspota desagradable grosera no sirve para atención al cliente trato de humillarme por un código que llevaba de una encuesta le dije que me diera información sobre ese código y solo me dijo aquí no aplica le dije te voy a pagar mi pedido en tarjeta sólo quiero que me des información sobre ese código la verdad una persona verdaderamente grosera creo que no era la actitud que yo esperaba luego se ve que trae a todos los trabajadores humillados y a precios tan fea Nose porque se creen las dueñas del edición y el negocio deberían cambiar personal de ese tipo con esa actitud

  Came here to use the bathroom and side door says to use main entrance and the main entrance was blocked so I couldn't use the bathroom. It's supposed to be a 24 hour restaurant so why is it locked up?

  March 24, 2026 (Tuesday) around 9:04 PM — absolutely terrible experience. The manager on duty at that time was incredibly incompetent. I had been standing there waiting for my order for 30 minutes, and she clearly saw me but chose to ignore me the entire time. Instead of doing her job, she was busy talking and laughing with another crew member like nothing was going on. No sense of urgency, no acknowledgment, no basic customer service at all. It was a complete waste of my time. It’s honestly frustrating because situations like this are easily avoidable with proper management. Too bad I didn’t get her name, but whoever she was, she is definitely not fit for that position. If you can’t manage orders or even acknowledge waiting customers, you shouldn’t be running the shift. Very disappointing. I won’t be coming back.
