  Very rude employees every time we go here. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Won't be going back after last night. We asked if they had the K Pop Demon hunters kid's meal and the girl rudely responded with: "NOPE!" Then we asked if they had the seasoned fries (that came with the K Pop happy meals) and she again RUDELY SAID: "NOPE!" SO WE DROVE OFF. MY FAMILY WILL NEVER AGAIN VISIT THIS LOCATION. WE WILL ONLY GO TO THE MCDONALD'S ON SUNSET / BOULDER. THIS WAS AROUND 7:30 PM ON MAY 11TH. AKWAYS RUDE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  I drive a little farther to eat at this McDonald's. The staff is always fast and friendly. Food is always hot and my order correct. The people working drive thru have always had a friendly positive attitude and have really made my experience great. Thank you keep up the good work!

  Always come to this location for the children’s playground for my kid. Just exited the building and there were 2 extremely helpful employees both wearing glasses. A girl with glasses giving the orders outside held the door for like 5 senior customers and me and my child even if it was for a few minutes. There was a tall guy with a green inside shirt, glasses, and the yellow caution vest who tended to all customers and kept letting people know to let him know if they need anything and was able to get us the missing happy meal toy. He’s very helpful. Whereas this lady who I’ve seen before wearing the black uniform criticizing her morning team for not working well, I guess. She watched me at the counter last visit not asking if I needed anything. So I left after 20 minutes of waiting then wrote a complaint in the app. This time was the same but when I showed a bit of attitude was the only time she noticed me. When that happened I asked for my missing drinks as she grabs the receipt from me. I then thanked her because it may have been a bad day.

  This one is right next to my house, and I now travel to another location because this location has gotten past orders wrong on numerous occasions. I am also consistently told they dont have ice cream, or their machine is down. The family like to get a cone or m&m mcflurry once in awhile and im always told no here. We havent been here in months and tried tonight. We were trying once in a blue moon to see if different employees would serve the customer. Not only were we again told no for ice cream, but the lady had a horrid attitude about her. Very rude and an attitude like no other.

  Poor customer service at this McDonald's location. Employees are rude, 😭 useless and won't serve you what you ordered in a timely manner. Also, don't even bother Asking for a sauce. They want to charge you for 1 single sauce for every meal you order (except when you order a meal that comes with nuggets). Seriously, you are better going elsewhere
