I don't know if it's just this location. I came here 4 times. And haven't had a pleasant experience. The service was atrocious. Everyone was lost and seemed to not know what was going on. Servers took forever. Glasses were dirty I had a different meal every time and it was all disgusting and underwhelming. I don't recommend.

It had been a few years since I had dined at Lazy Dog but I wanted to take my mom somewhere she hadn't eaten before. This location is better than the town square location IMO. Our Server Cody P was patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. ALL the food was absolutely delicious and pipping hot!! 🀀 The Huckleberry and Strawberry Lemonades were also delicious, kinda sweet though. I'll definitely be back to try some different starters and entrees!

First of all, Blake is one if the best waiters I've ever had. He is so friendly and kind. We both ordered the flat iron steak. My sister ordered WELL done and I ordered medium well. Last time I had that it was perfect 👌. This time my sister's came medium well and mine came medium rare. Blake insisted on making mine right so that I could enjoy it. That was so nice and he came back with a new steak that was cooked enough. However, the last time I ate there, you could taste the yummy rub and it was sooooo tender! This time, it seemed like there was no rub on either of our steaks and they were a little hard to cut and chew. My sister said she'll never order it again. I'm always willing to give second chances. So I will order it again. You guys have great food and I hope next time it will have been rubbed in that awesome house made coffee/cocoa rub! It's so good when you use it. Thank you for your time

This was our 3rd visit to this location, and our last. The server was not only inattentive and short with us, but RUDE. I'm always very friendly to staff because I've worked customer service jobs, and I know how few and far between it can be to serve nice people.. we had a Free Appetizer card from the long wait for food the last time we had come to the restaurant. We've been here 3 times, and every time the service has gotten worse. At least the first 2 times the servers were friendly. This time, the server was extremely rude; 1-word answers to every question or statement. At the end of the meal, I was paying with a gift card, and the server told me I had to either only pay the exact amount of the meal, or clear the card off completely. It was a $38 total, and I only wanted to tip the 15% the server hadn't even earned in my opinion, but I'm just not the kind of person to stiff someone. So basically I was forced into giving no tip or a 30% tip. We got 2 glasses of water for 2 people at the start of our visit, and were never offered a water carafe or refills, and my husband likes to drink a lot of liquid with his meal. Having been here 2 times before and received what I believe is their signature(?) water carafe, this was surprising to me. Our water was a little under half full when she gave us our meals, but we weren't offered refills. This whole experience just left a bad taste in our mouth, and was the final straw as to whether or not we'll be back. I had the gift card because the food was so good on our first visit that I told everyone at work about this place, and one of my co-workers remembered me raving about this place and was kind enough to pay for our next meal for my birthday... So, I guess it doesn't matter that I was bullied into giving a 30% tip, because we won't be back anyway. If you're having a bad enough day that you can't be kind to the guests, or at the bare minimum neutral, then stay home! All she did was ruin my day, too. 😭

We came here yesterday for Father's Day for our first time hoping it would be good...boy were we wrong. The hostesses told us they only had a high top or the patio available. Due to the heat, we chose the high top. As the hostess led us to our table, I noticed numerous booths that were empty and others that looked like they had not been bussed in a while; people waiting for their checks and dirty plates that needed to be picked up. The name "Lazy Dog" was living up to its name in terms of its servers. They sat us RIGHT next to the bathrooms, the bar area, and entrance to the patio. We waited more than FIVE MINUTES to be greeted and never were. So we left and went to Outback where the server greeted us within 30 SECONDS of being seated. We all laughed because as we were served our bloomin' onion, we knew we would likely still be waiting on someone to come take our order or bring us our drinks at Lazy Dog! The servers looked preoccupied with restaurant drama, the bartenders were in their own haze of drink making, and the overall vibe of the restaurant was tired and unenthusiastic. The servers need a HUGE re-train on being more upbeat and attentive as well as being prompt to greet their customers once they are seated. No worries though; we got STELLAR service on Outback. The food at Outback was SO good and we loved our server! The bill came to $140 and we tipped generously. Imagine ...Lazy Dog could have had our money...but no. We will not come back to Lazy Dog. It was a waste of time and energy just parking and walking in there at all. Dear Lazy Dog Owner, I submitted my review and now you're too lazy to forward this to your team? You want ME to take a screenshot and email it? Why would I do that? Isn't that YOUR job? Lazy Dog really is lazy! hahahaha. I am not coming back so there's no need to do anything further than this last response I am about to submit now. You all need a RE-train on not being so lazy. Maybe you should change the name of your restaurant to LUCKY DOG instead? Perhaps it'll change the mindset of your employees and upper management that they are lucky enough to have a job that customers keep coming back to (for what reason, I cannot fathom).
