  Well JJ you officially lost a customer due being unwilling to meet the customers needs... I’ll explain why so that you have an opportunity to address this with your staff... I attempted to order a 16” Wheat Hoagie Roastbeef and Provalone sandwich... asked to only place the cheese on half the sandwich (a request for my wife) and the response was basically NO. My response, REALLY? Their response was I can charge you for 2 sandwiches... My response was if you cannot simply meet a simple REQUEST OF A CUSTOMER, I’ll go to the many other sandwich shops that will and I did... There’s a Subway in the same shopping center that will be happy to meet that request.

  Foods good.Just wish we could get a store closer to Lake Las Vegas. Henderson 89011.So many new homes out here$$.New customers.
