- BMBritt MadridJul 22, 20261.0Do not order from here or DARE to call them and ask for clarification why your order was not correct or they will get an attitude with you and snap they’re closed and hang up on you. Save your 30 something bucks plus tip because they have no decorum or ability or desire to do their job. There will be no communication about items that are sold out for the night or when your food has arrived so it can sit out in the heat while you have I idea it has arrived.

We always try to make easy ordering online etc. We usually pick up order due to they are short staff for deliveries. We had order delivered this time no issues, until the person delivering our food said it was delivered. No food, no one arrived....NOTHING. I call Jimmy John's and let's not forget the mgr knows me cause for years when my mom was here I ordered every Friday a Pepe, reg chips and a large Coke. The clerk answered the phone explain to him what was happening and IMMEDIATELY he began to say sorry it was delivered. I continued to tell him no, we have not received any food. To make short he went on and on like accusing me of lying trying to get a free sub. WHAT THE? I was taken back...he argued with me back and forth and the manager got involved also for 5 mins telling me the order was delivered and the delivery person who had the order was a girl as I am watching a man delivered the food. I told I just a picture of the man who claimed for 5 mins it was girl. The mgr then told the clerk or tell her Sorry we had the order. Disrespectful WILL NEVER EVER EAT AT JIMMY JOHNS AGAIN. CHAU
