  8/26/2026 around 8:00 a.m. The men’s restroom was extremely unsanitary. There was urine on the toilet seat and floor, and paper towels were left in the toilet. The restroom appeared not to have been properly cleaned. I hope management addresses this immediately. I will update my review on my next visit based on the condition of the restroom. If the sanitation problem continues, I will report it to the Southern Nevada Health District and provide photos.

  I moved from NV 2 months ago and I want to say I really miss the staff here. My new primary location (that I go to daily, very similar to this one) they don’t even greet you with hi. Very transactional for people you see daily. Miss the staff here! They are amazing. Always warm greetings, they remember your name and orders. Which is nice - since again see the staff here more than I do most people ❤️

  found a piece of hair in my acai bowl, wish employees put all their hair up or at least wear a hair net. also wish i got greeted. the bowl was good though.

  GINA has the WORST attitude. I dislike her service and it makes me not want to visit any Jamba juice locations. NO STARS
