Staff members were great. Smiles and professional. The burger was not hot. I should have returned it. “Danger Zone “ cold and chewy.
I first was told about Irv's by the Green Valley Ranch Casino staff who said their burgers were amazing. Another dealer said their hotdogs were delicious. I wasn't sure if they could accommodate gluten-free, but they did a "protein style lettuce wrap" by replacing the bun with lettuce.
I got the classic (with no pickle) and it was delicious. Cost was $12, but it was quite meaty, with very well seasoned burger patties. I often get the same ingredients on my In-n-Out burger, but I'll say this: the seasoning on the meat at Irv's is outstanding. For the price, I'll have to go with In-n-Out, but Irv's has the flavor.
Staff was helpful and kind, and the dining area is, well, inside the casino (so there is the standard casino cigarette smells at times).
Best Burger ive ever had. Tati is awesome with the customer service. Had me feeling as if we've been friends forever. Definitely going back.

Stoped by to grab something quick and got a pastrami and fry, was impressed with the food and service. Food was hot and delicious, customer service was great too! Natile took very good care of me. Would definitely come back again to try a different item

menu design: way too much text for the size of the TV on which it's shown. (Not geriatric-friendly.)
staff: neutral (not particularly friendly or unfriendly).
burger: patty a bit firm and unseasoned. bun okay, could use some butter / mayo. (grilled onions carry a $0.75 premium, which was not communicated to me.)
fries: crisp/crunchy but lukewarm.
effective management might solve most of these issues.
i dont think the burger value is really there, next to an in & out ($14.75 for a single patty combo, with no subs), nor the flavor, next to a shake shack.
if you love Five Guys' burgers, you may enjoy these burgers.
