  Stopped here for a more healthy choice haven't been to El Pollo loco in a long time we had the Verde loaded quesadilla that was so good we also had the chicken meal for two the chicken was a bit dry. The side salad was so good the churros were so good the only thing that I can say is that the chicken was a bit dry on the meal for two otherwise it was a really yummy and a good experience

  Chicken was really tasty good flavor for a fast food as well as the beans 🫘 😋 didn't like the tortillas

  Mostly self service. You type in your own order, you tske to your table your self. Food is mediocre and flavorless or it tastes undescribably awful. Was my 1st & last time I would ever eat at this chain.

  I've never had a bad experience at this location unil today 8/23/26. Delanie (if this is the girl's name with the blonde & pink hair, Caucasian) and the young African American boy who both need to learn respect at the customer service window. The female "manager" I spoke to as well via phone was unprofessional! All I mentioned when I arrived at the window after ordering was "slow down a bit when you are talking on the speaker" and I receive an attitude, drive through window slammed shut after receiving my order, and continued your conversation with your coworker mentioned above. The boy mentioned above opened the window, asked about my concerns, I mentioned what I said, he laughs and slams the window shut. You need better management and frontline training for these employees!
