  I placed an online order for delivery through the restaurant website. When the driver arrived (DoorDash apparently) the wrong order was given. I called the restaurant and the manager refused to assist saying it was a DoorDash issue (but I never ordered through DoorDash) and he hung up on me. I drove to the actual restaurant as the manager told me to and I showed my online order, picture of the wrong delivery, etc. Again I was refused assistance and was even told I ordered at another location (address is in my order confirmation he refused to look at). The manager just told me he was understaffed and I should call DoorDash. Mind you I had guests waiting for dinner at my house at the time. Finally after a long argument he said he will refund me. Bottom line … The manager never took any responsibility for handing the wrong order to a driver and placed the blame on being understaffed and on DoorDash when I clearly showed him the order was placed through the el pollo loco website. I’ll never ever order or eat at this chain again because of this experience. Disgusting.

  It’s poorly managed with dirty politics and lack- luster employees on the forget at drive-thru especially. Old, badly prepared and SOGGY food from NO HUSTLE employees. Door Dash is a disaster for delivery from this location. Totally unacceptable and into TRASH orders go. Eastern is SOLID and delicious for win-win chicken dinner! What a disaster Stephanie is. No thanks for future orders, YUCK!

  Very clean. Order was ready and the young man was very nice. They seemed to be working well together. I'll be back.

  Manager does not care about the customers, employees do not look you in the eye and are not personal or caring that you need to eat. I have been waiting at the line for about 20 minutes and have not been acknowledged or been helped while I have been in this building. Capria was not helpful and outright rude to everyone for the dinner rush Update: I left the store without ordering anything as well as the people in line behind me. She is the reason that your store is failing. She as in Capri Sun THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME IN THIS STORE IT IS SO TRASH

  The two tostada bowls I ordered were barely filled with barely any rice, beans, or chicken. I also paid a dollar for guacamole and it was the smallest amount I've ever seen in that tostada bowl. Definitely disappointed to say the least.
