  The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They greeted us as we walked in. They made sure we were order with no issue at kiosk. I can say never been to a nicer pollo loco. To top it off this place was clean I saw them clean the side walls and tables immediately after people left.

  Whoever works the mic has horrible customer service. Poor timing and listening skills and speaking skills just rude. It’s why you’re not as busy as Panda Express

  Although the staff was friendly and the food was good, here are the negatives: 20 minute wait for 2 burritos. They were not marked so no one knew which was which. The soda machine wasn't working so only juice was available. People in front of us had difficulty navigating the menu kiosk. Overall, we were disappointed and won't be going back.

  My burrito was very dry. Hard tortilla. I will never eat there again. I would have complained right then and there. But I was too tired.

  I get the original pollo bowl. It's only about 6 bucks and it's a cheap lunch and good and fast.
