    The quality is horrible. I ordered a cold brew with a small splash of cream. And they gave me something that looked like a latte. When i asked them to add more coffee to it to make it darker, they just added chocolate or something to fix the color. For such an expensive drink, i dont want it to taste like a shake, i want a freaking coffee. I threw the whole thing out-- it was horribly watery, too much cream, and sugar. What a waste. They were so much better before. What a shame
