- EPEmily PerezJul 3, 20261.0Easily one of, if not the worst Dutch bros locations in Henderson. I’ve been several times giving them the benefit of the doubt and they disappoint every time. Their wait time is long, drinks are okay. This last time I did order ahead with walk up instead of drive thru in hopes of having a shorter wait time. Workers left the shop for personal reasons, were just talking with each other, and attended to other orders before finally remembering my order ahead. A worker was heard asking other baristas if they could make my order and said “sorry, forgot” while other customers were attended to.

- DBDeshawn BooneJun 14, 20264.0Parking lot is horrible sharing a mutual parking space between them and McDonald's we have to pass the restaurant if you coming in from the south to make it left to turn in because at the restaurant you're not allowed to turn in. The parking lot is always full and we will have to go through the crowded drive-thru or pool over in front of the restaurant if it's available.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
