I asked for this and was dismissed because “there’s not a button for that” and “as per policy it’s not allowed”. As I understand policy I just don’t see how adding water to a drink is against policy especially bc drink customization is allowed. It’s simple: instead of full lemonade stop the spout and add water… It wasn’t a crazy request and it’s a request I’ve never been denied but it seemed to be impossible and a hassle with how their tone and and demeanor changed after the request. I had to ask them to remake it three times because the second time she thought I wouldn’t notice I was given the SAME drink when asked to remake it. I love Dunkin but the drinks at this spot are always bland and not what I order. It will be nice to go back home where they don’t rush your drink and actually show a little care.

About 70% of the cup was packed with ice, leaving maybe 2 inches of actual coffee at the bottom. They barely put any whipped cream on it, leaving a huge gap at the top, and didn’t even put the Caramel Craze topping on it. To make it worse, the drive-thru employee had a major attitude. She rolled her eyes and made me feel tip-shamed because I tipped $1… it’s a drive-thru order! This is the second time this has happened at the Gibson Road location. If I’m paying over $9 for a cup of coffee, I expect more than a cup full of ice and no attitude. At this point, I’m done with Dunkin’. There are plenty of places I can go that make way better coffee and without the attitude.
- AAAntonioJul 26, 20261.0Honestly why when someone places a order it takes over 30 mins to make the food i drive 20 mins to get here and food wasn't made then I come through drive thru to get the food and was told I have to come in by the drive thru cashier to get the food to be able to confirm the order then when I get inside he just gave me the food without confirming it I could of actually just took the food and but im honest also as a retail brand auditor of multi restaurant chains as well what's wrong with delivery drivers coming thru the drive thru it will help your drive thru times and location less foot traffick through lobby means less labor on lobby anyways I think it was rude to be told to come in after 20 mins for diving then having to wait then not even checking the confirmation or the order defeated the purpose and all that can be done in drive thru
