An experienced manager would never charge someone for less product at a higher price. They would have some decency to offer the “deal” but clearly this location is ran by an incompetent lead. Thanks Candace or Candice for ruining mine and my children’s morning with your bad attitude and lack of customer service. And don’t worry we got your message to “not return” and won’t be returning as you made it very clear we are not welcome at your location.
- RMRyan McGinleyMay 10, 20265.0Management is very nice and in turn that rubs off onto the staff. Now, I'm typically here in the morning, and have ALWAYS had great interactions and service. That being said, I have come by a couple of times in the later part of the day and some of the young staff aren't the brightest, but maybe when they acquire more age, common sense might follow suit
- CCChaoticApr 11, 20261.0I've been pretty lenient about this place always being out of stock on most donuts (it's literally a donut shop, no matter how they want to brand themselves these days), but this place has gone so downhill in the past few years. Our latest order was messed up in multiple ways. Ordered extra sausage, no extra sausage, but I sure paid extra for it. Picture is of a bagel with cream cheese. I guess we weren't worthy of a full serving of cream cheese? It seems trivial, but I should get what I pay for and it's already a given that you should check your order at fast food places to make sure you got everything, but I shouldn't have to inspect every aspect of the items I ordered, especially for a mobile order where every detail is spelled out for them. This place needs a serious overhaul. Until then, im going to a different dunkin. I suggest you do the same.
