- LHLori HaynesJul 3, 20261.0A few weeks ago, Dominoes got my delivery order wrong. I called and they sent a replacement pretty quickly. That wasn’t the biggest issue. The delivery driver left my pizza on the ground, right outside my door, without knocking on my door or anything! (Not that it matters, but I did tip the first time!) I live on the first floor and my window looks out onto the parking lot, and I saw him speeding away. It’s like he went out of his way to deliver the worst customer service possible!

That’s disgusting and disrespectful. Food should never be left on the floor. It arrived cold, and the entire experience was unacceptable. If this is how customers are treated, it’s no surprise businesses lose customers. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I will say tho I see a lot of comments about angry customers about the restroom. The door literally says “employees only” idk why it’s hard to read for some people. - EMemi minecraftJun 15, 20261.0it was literally 38 minutes before they close their uber eats onlines so i called to ask if they still have a dish i’ve been craving for, then they said yes and started saying that they weren’t gonna take more orders, which i said “im placing the order thru uber eats which actually drops u a message when you can’t place more orders” and he said “don’t even try it it’s gonna be cancelled” but it was in a really mean way, sorry but with that kind of staff there’s no chance the store is getting even 3 stars.
