  Came later in the evening thinking it would be a fun, relaxed stop since it wasn’t crowded, but it ended up being a complete waste of a drive. Half of the coin pusher games were out of order which is ridiculous considering that’s one of the main reasons I even go to places like Dave & Buster’s and Round One in the first place. And now, the coin drop games don’t even properly reward tickets anymore. You’re forced into collecting random cards instead. It feels less like an arcade and more like a cheap gimmick designed to squeeze more money out of people while giving less back. Whatever happened to the simple formula of “put coin in, win tickets, have fun”? The whole experience just felt stripped of what made arcades enjoyable to begin with.

  We had an amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s! Our server Gwyn was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food came out quickly, drinks were always refilled, and they went above and beyond to make our visit fun and enjoyable. Excellent customer service like this really stands out. Thank you for making our night great — definitely a 5-star experience!

  Had a fantastic experience at the Henderson location, and our server Bayla was the highlight. She’s a refreshing reminder that great American service is not dead. Bayla was incredibly attentive, informative, helpful, and pleasant. But above all, she was genuine. It didn’t feel transactional like it does with most servers these days - she actually cared that we had a great time. She checked in at the right moments, had great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly without ever rushing us. If you stop by the Henderson D&B, ask if Bayla’s working. She sets the bar for what service should be.

  I meant to make this review earlier, This was my first time at the Henderson Dave & Busters and I have to say that this was the best experience that I have ever had. The service was immaculate, in particular the of the best parts of my experience was the help I received from the Winners circle attendant Gabby. She was an immense help and was a complete professional throughout. Big shout out to Gabby love you girl!!!! & Dave & Buster Too.

  Visited Friday around 6:30 pm, it was getting busy. Th e hostess Z & security guard Dave are awesome!!! Working TOGETHER they made sure everyone was seated promptly. While Z was busy answering questions at the front desk Dave showed us to our table for faster service. The best value for the 4 us was the eat/play combo. Play points & dinner. We all had a great time!
