  First time here. The food is a little pricey, however they do have a deal if you purchase a play card. The portions of the fried pickles is very slim but very tasty. The pretzel bites were great but pricey. The drink menu didn’t have the prices except the happy hour and specials, which is cool that they have that. The drinks we got had a great flavor. Wish the dirty sodas were bigger. It is loud in here for sure so be prepared. They have a great variety of games, new and classic.

  Was in the area & noticed there was a D&B, so I stopped to check it out. It was smaller than some of the other locations but I still had a good time there. Food, service & drinks were excellent! Decent happy hour! The manager even stopped by to check on us, Dan ?. I like that you brought back the glowing ice cubes. They’re my favorite thing there! I do miss the old happy hour, 1/2 off all drinks, but I would still come in for the new one. I’ll definitely be back to this location next time I’m in the area. 👍

  We had an absolutely amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s! From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and we truly appreciate the incredible people who made our visit so special. Our server, Suellen, was absolutely wonderful! She was so patient with us while we were ordering and took the time to answer our questions and share her knowledge of the menu. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to make sure we were comfortable with our choices did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely takes the time to make sure their guests have a great experience, and Suellen went above and beyond! We also want to give a huge shout-out to Manager Angelo! He was incredibly attentive and made it a point to check in and ensure everything was going well. We truly appreciated how much he cared about our experience and how intentional he was about making sure we were happy. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made such a positive impression on us.

  This was the best arcade experience ever. The hostess was so friendly and explained how the cards worked. The waitress at the restaurant was also so friendly and accomodating when I needed to charge my cell phone in the area where the servers went to ring in orders. The busboy was also friendly when he had to step over my phone charger and didn't seem to mind. It meant a lot as my phone was dying and we're from Canada so I really needed to have it fully charged. I got the cheeseburger that was part of the $55 special and it was delicious. We came on a Thursday night so it was not busy at all which was nice. I also appreciated that there was a security guard at the front of the arcade which made me feel safe being there in the late hours. He was also going around and cleaning empty glasses left around the arcade, keeping the place looking tidy. Overall, it was my first time at a Dave & Buster's, and it was great. A few days later, we had gone to the Summerlin location and I didn't find that location was as organized. It was a Saturday night when we went to Summerlin, so it could have been because of how busy it was, but overall, it wasn't as organized and clean as the Henderson location. Great job! Keep doing what you're doing. I wish we could get a Dave & Buster's in our province in Canada!!

  We had a coupon for a free hour of gameplay with a food purchase so we came here. When we walked in on Sunday afternoon up to the hostess she literally just stared at us and didn’t say a word. I asked if we just walk in and she just nodded but the hostess was supposed to seat us? We left anyway when we realized our coupon was only for M-F. We came back the next day and waited for a bit since no one was at the host stand. Found out there was only one person who was acting as both the hostess and server for all of the tables. The main reason we wanted to eat here was to try the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls but they didn’t have any so we just ordered spinach dip. They took it to the wrong table (who accepted it knowing they didn’t order it??) and then brought us their quesadilla which I declined because we didn’t order it. They took them their quesadilla and let them keep our spinach dip for free. So they had no additional wait and no inconvenience to them but got an extra free appetizer, while we had to wait for ours to be made again and all they did was take one of our Diet Cokes off our bill….? The chicken tenders I ordered were extremely rubbery, and just overall the entire dining experience was pretty bad. At least we had fun playing games afterwards.
