  Brought my family her for a family night of games and food we went with the eat and play option everything was going good until we got our check so yes our food was covered but not our drinks which came out to 3.99 a drink which we did not know and also they took out a tip of 44$ without even asking if we wanted to tip and when we talked to the manager she said parties over 8 they automatically take out a tip and they say it’s all over the menu and website like she’s going to look for that they should have to let that be known. So not only did we pay 190 for the eat and play we had to turn around and pay another 108 for sodas and a tip we had no idea about.

  Love this place prices are a little high, but you get all the added Entertainment with a Games and the big TV screen. One thing they should do more often is that all you can eat wings and fries and gaming this place would be flooded if they did that more regularly.

  I had a great experience at Dave & Buster’s Henderson. The games, food, and atmosphere were all enjoyable, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service from the security guard, Dave. He was professional, friendly, and made everyone feel welcome and safe throughout our visit. It’s clear that he takes pride in his job and goes above and beyond to create a positive environment for guests. Employees like Dave make a big difference and are a big reason we’ll be coming back. I want to give a special shoutout to Jayda, one of the game techs at Dave & Buster’s. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout our visit. When we had an issue with one of the games, Jayda responded quickly and got everything working again with a positive attitude and a smile. She clearly cares about the guests’ experience and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time. We are regulars here and truly enjoy seeing Jayda and Dave every time we show up! Thank you for the outstanding service! We will be back to this location every time just because of how great of a person Dave and Jayda have been to us!

  We arrived for my husbands birthday on a Monday bc we thought our little daughter would have some fun. We arrived and they escorted us to a table which had dirty dishes on it. The dishes had leftover pizza on them. The waiter arrived which seemed it would be better but then we found out we have 2 one was in training and the other one was her trainer. They always came separately and didn't know what the other one did. Then we ordered a desert bc it was my husband's birthday bc Dave and busters don't offer anything for the customer on their birthday. So my husband asked for a candle for his desert but he never got it as well as it took forever to get our desert we had to ask our waiter multiple times about it. Then when we were paying we asked to split the bill and payed 50/50 but they changed my husband for the whole bill. It was a horrible experience. Will not go back.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was visiting family in Vegas and stopped by Dave & Buster's in Henderson. I'm from San Diego, California, and I have to say I was very impressed with my experience. The food was delicious, fresh, and came out quickly. The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was fun, clean, and energetic, making it a great place to spend time with family and friends. I left very happy with the food and customer service. I'll definitely be stopping by again the next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!
