  I had an uncomfortable experience at this branch while picking up a DoorDash order. I handle multiple deliveries at a time, and I had already confirmed the pickup in the app before approaching the counter. I even showed the confirmation on my phone, but the employee continued repeatedly checking and questioning it before allowing me to leave. I understand the importance of verifying orders, but the interaction felt excessive and came across as distrustful and unprofessional. A smoother and more respectful approach to delivery drivers would create a much better experience for everyone involved. Take it easy KABAYAN! Filipinos are known to be hospitable and kind. Kaya ikaw ate, be kind.

  I ordered food at dairy queen, the staff was very rude. While I was ordering the guy next to the register kept on staring down at my legs, very unprofessional. In addition when I purchased food, I got sick 38 minutes afterwards. It is not recommended to go here, if anyone it should be the FDA!

  If I could no star I would the service we recieved was terrible, we walked in my husband and I he needed restroom(husband is handicap, another man was in there,so I walked over to ask what he wanted, so I could order and the woman behind counter yells out very loud.Are you together..meaning us with I suppose the woman that was sitting at table next to bathroom..I said no, then she proceeded to yell,YOU NEED TO ORDER BEFORE YOU CAN USE THE RESTROOM!! So I started to walk over to counter and stand in line , my husband stayed by restroom waiting ,cuz he is unable to hold it, since his semi truck accident.I told her while standing in line,waving my hand up like I was a child,IM HERE ,GOING TO ORDER!! The woman ,just looked at me.Then the young man walked out of bathroom and gave key to my husband, that was waiting.The woman again TELLED OUT WHERE IS THE KEY, he said I gave it to the man.Tjen she yelled at hom saying YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BRING IT BACK TO ME! The man looked at her, so then the young man came to pick his order up at counter.I apologized, for us getting him in trouble and it was rude for her to yell like that ,he smiled and said its ok ma'am.The woman looked at me while I was talking to the man and said well thats our policy, I told you didn't have to yell across the store,she proceeded to be rude, talking out loud while she had her back turned , and working along side one of her employees I told her I can just report you ,she said go ahead Im the GM.I told her thats a shame.The woman said well I can choose not to serve you! I told her ok go ahead!! This woman decided to keep making my order...I was so shocked that she is a GM , This woman definitely needs to be retrained, You never should be treated this disrespectful!!!!

  I am blown away by the horrible, horrible service. I did my order and I blew it, I should have checked but one of the items was not there. I go back as 15 minutes probably went by. They knew they didn't give me the item and were going to give me back that item. I told them I wanted a new one. They reluctantly started to make me a new one. I told her I was giving her a bad review she told me she was giving me a bad review!!! I said really and she told me she was not giving me the item and shut the door in my face. I had to pull up get out of my car and go in. She knew she had blown it and gave me the item. Wiw!!! In this day and age of competition, now that blew me away. So disapointing!!!
