  This place is filthy dirty, trash everywhere in the kitchen, old food sitting around counters, food I ordered was cold and sitting for long time. Somebody is bound to get sick. Worst chipolte ive ever walked in. Poorly staffed all around although the employee who helped with refund was very polite and understanding.

  Dirtiest chipotle I have ever been to. Every surface and floor was dirty inside the kitchen and in the dining room. They were out of most of the food. We ordered what was available. Tried eating the food,it was lukewarm and the meat was dried out/crunchy. I got nervous about the food not being hot so only ate a couple bites. I didn’t want to get sick. The employee who gave us a refund for the meal was very helpful and the only good thing about the experience.

  This chipotle is by far one of the best , they always have ingredients ready. I usually go to the one on Sunset and stephanie but the last 4 times I went to the sunset rd chipotle, they didnt have salad dressing and today they didnt have steak and said they were not going to be cooking anymore ( at 5pm 🤨.) So my husband and I drove all the way to this location for the 2nd time and they had salad dressing as well as steak ready and the portions were awesome. Definitely will be coming here instead going forward.

  I’m convinced this is the worst chipotle in the United States, the lady working to go orders on 5/15 night shift needs to fix her attitude, food sucks just as much as her attitude legit don’t think I could feed this to my dog. Forgot half the food in my bowl - no fatijas, 4 pieces of regular chicken when I got the honey chicken, pico when I didn’t order pico. cmon do better

  Went to this location around 9:15pm on Thursday evening and the girl with the curly long hair and tattoos was rude and had a really bad attitude and her hair was everywhere she didn’t have a hair net on and was making the bowls and burritos. She had a terrible attitude and made my bowl terribly and was so nasty towards me and rude. She kept giving me dirty looks, if you don’t like your job quit stop trying to bring your negative miserable energy to paying customers. Who ever is hiring these employees needs to be looked into because I won’t be returning to Chipotle ever again after this. Every time I come to Chipotle they are either out of something, low on something or terrible customer service with miserable employees.
