  The employees couldn’t follow simple directions, they forgot the cooked vegetables for 2 bowls, the brown rice was half way cooked, the honey chicken way too spicy and the pork bowl had an awful amount of fat, yuck!

  Found a huge piece of plastic in my bowl!!?? On top of that, the portion was literally half of what it normally is. Really disappointed. Food safety should be the bare minimum.

  This place is ran horribly. Always out of proteins. Always takes about 40 minutes when there’s only 2 ppl in line.

  This has to be the worst Chipotle in Vegas/Henderson. The portions are laughably small, easily the smallest I've ever gotten from any Chipotle. The rice was undercooked, and while the new Honey Chipotle Chicken sounded great, I wish there had been more than four pieces in my entire burrito. It's getting really frustrating watching restaurants cut portions while quality and service continue to decline. If you're going to charge premium prices, at least serve a properly made meal.

  This location is always a disaster. I think because it’s off of Boulder Highway and next to a Walmart they gave up on it completely. I was there during a slow time - 1 of 2 customers in line. No Pinto beans. Go figure. So rather than wait for them to scramble and replenish I got black beans. Fajita veggies soggy and overcooked. They also do the salsa scrape here - scrape, scrape, scrape, scrape. What I don’t get about the salsa scrape is that it would take less time to actually replenish the salsa rather than scraping the bowl expecting salsa to magically appear before their eyes. It won’t appear. Just keep it replenished. Food debris strewn all over and an off duty employee decided it was social hour and decided to distract his colleagues while they weren’t focused on the customer. Here’s the kicker - the manager was on the floor! She popped out of the back office twice but never once looked at the operation or customer experience. This says it all- when the manager isn’t paying attention then the rest of the staff won’t either. Update: Chipotle gives generic responses and requests you use their corporate feedback form as shown in their response below. It really makes it worse - it shows that chipotle doesn’t care since some agent is responding rather than the store leadership or manager. No wonder Chipotle is a disaster.
