- AAAnali Arreguin5 days ago1.0This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. I did a mobile order on 10/1/26. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken . The bowl contained only THREE small bites of chicken (I wish I was exaggerating). The rice was also very undercooked, made for a crunchy bowl and not in a good way. The portions for the bowl overall were laughable, I can’t believe they thought that was okay.

However, an employee named keke really saved the day her kindness and understanding to the situation and the genuine apology for order being wrong made me a lot less angry.
