- TLTyler LeeJun 23, 20261.0Whoever the flamboyant little boy with the curly hair that worked today around 5:30pm needs to be properly trained on customer service. I walk in with my girlfriend who speaks to EVERYONE asking how everyone was doing and only the Black gentleman that was cooking spoke back to her. Mind you, we’re the only customers in the store for a good minute or two. We proceeded to get our food and the flamboyant boy stops us to tend to some girl who was crying to them about a shirt. Strike one. I then proceed to tell him “when someone comes in and speaks it would be polite for your team to speak back”. He then goes to say “oh we have a lot going on”. Strike 2. We’re the only customers in here, what all is a going on to where you guys couldn’t take 2 seconds out your day to respond to my gf who greeted you all. I assume that’s what you’re trained to do. That’s in the policy and was mentioned during onboarding correct? I am a training manager myself. I train employees on company polices and the procedures we uphold to all employees that represent our business and greeting customers, PAYING CUSTOMERS is NUMBER ONE. There should be NO EXCUSE why that wasn’t done, busy store or not, you are TRAINED TO DO THAT. The flamboyant boy then tries to go back and forth with me and throws an attitude and honey I am in a different tax bracket than you, I wouldn’t dare go back and forth. Maybe the employees here needs to take notes from the gentlemen who was cooking on how to have proper customer service especially in the area you all are located at. Please train him a little bit better, because no employee of mine would represent my training abilities or my store in the way he did. Do better.

The other two hardly had a serving of chicken but a whole lot of rice. I contacted support . They didn’t help. I been calling the restaurant no answer. We pay more for protein but get no protein but if we want more just ask for more right?!? But can’t give an actual serving that we pay for.
