- CSCatherine Sanchez6 days ago1.0I ordered today around 8:50 and i got half a bowl of food? my guacamole ALSO had an entire skin of an avocado in it? i’m genuinely concerned for quality control at this place considering it doesn’t seem like anyone’s signing off on what’s being given out to customers. I put in multiple requests on the app because of the portion size. just to find my guacamole is half avocado skin vs actual avocado. Disappointed and want my money back. Update: i’m so dissapointed to come back and type more. i just wanted to eat dinner. there’s a STICKER from the avocado in my guacamole. this is ridiculous. i expect to hear back from someone. i won’t be paying for this quality of food.

I ordered delivery through Uber Eats for 17 bucks I got such unbelievably little serving quantity, I can see the bottom of the bowl of my food And there's nothing I can do, Uber eats doesnt do anything and the support chat for chipotle is not advanced enough to help me with this order.

The place was a disaster overall with cleanliness, organization, many dirty dishes stacked high & trash cans overflowing behind the counter. There were 2 people ahead of us & took 10-15 min to finally get near the counter before we gave up & went next door. I hope it was a 1 time thing & things just happened but it looked like horrible Management to me. Turn it around or will be a failed location.
