  We arrived at five, the dinner hour, two people in front of us no one behind us. It was not busy. The food station was dirty. Food was everywhere. There was dried meat near the glass and they didn’t clean the station between orders. The women in front of us ordered chicken and they didn’t bring it out at all and didn’t put it down to cook until the next person ordered so she was waiting for nothing. They barely had any stock and didn’t mention anything about it until you asked for some thing they didn’t have.

  This is the nastiest food establishment that we ever dined at!The food was dry and the counters were filthy!Customer service was terrible.The food server had a lot of attitude.We will never come back to this food establishment.Big DISAPPOINTMENT.

  Terrible. The rice was kind of crunchy, whether from being undercooked or from sitting out too long I cannot say. They also got our order wrong (pinto instead of the black beans we asked for). Staff weren't very helpful and didnt seem to care. It was our first visit to a Chipotle and it was pretty disappointing. The place seemed kind of dirty too, like they needed to clean up but hadn't done so all day. Fingerprints all over glass everywhere (food line, doors, drink station) and many tables weren't super clean. We visited for dinner on a weekday about 7pm, maybe this is just a lunch place if you want quality food and cleanliness? Not sure but probably won't be back to find out.

  I placed a mobile order just to get here and have them tell me they have NONE of the ingredients needed to make my order. Can’t cancel it online, they are saying they can’t cancel in store because the manager is gone. It’s a bunch of teenagers running the place without a manager on duty? And how do yall not have ingredients? And not a single bit of help to get a refund or anything. Scamming me out of $30 smh Edit: The manager was there and decided to make eye contact before going to hide in his office. George Diaz was the manager on duty. So yall don’t have ingredients at 8:30pm? Yall refuse to refund us or cancel the order? And then when we ask to speak to the manager, he goes and hides from us? What kind of business is this? So unprofessional. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This location has never been good to me and this situation has made it worse. I know that manager just got promoted too. Why are we promoting people who clearly aren’t made for such a position? DEMOTE GEORGE DIAZ he didn’t deserve to be a manager
