  I placed a mobile order just to get here and have them tell me they have NONE of the ingredients needed to make my order. Can’t cancel it online, they are saying they can’t cancel in store because the manager is gone. It’s a bunch of teenagers running the place without a manager on duty? And how do yall not have ingredients? And not a single bit of help to get a refund or anything. Scamming me out of $30 smh Edit: The manager was there and decided to make eye contact before going to hide in his office. George Diaz was the manager on duty. So yall don’t have ingredients at 8:30pm? Yall refuse to refund us or cancel the order? And then when we ask to speak to the manager, he goes and hides from us? What kind of business is this? So unprofessional. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This location has never been good to me and this situation has made it worse. I know that manager just got promoted too. Why are we promoting people who clearly aren’t made for such a position? DEMOTE GEORGE DIAZ he didn’t deserve to be a manager

  Chipotle is always a healthy place for a meal - the lovely thing is their consistency, and this location is no different! Fast and friendly service at this location. It’s nice to feel welcomed and appreciated. Their meals are decently priced and are very tasty and fresh. So delicious. New chipotle honey chicken is a must try! Very nice and clean restaurant with inviting atmosphere. Beautiful outdoor patio and beautiful view from the patio. Definitely recommend it!!!

  When I asked for a water cup, the cashier, who was a big African American man, told me, “Only get water don’t be stealing.” I was honestly shocked by that comment. I’ve been a customer at this Chipotle for the past five years and have never given anyone a reason to think I would steal. I don’t know why he assumed that, but it made me feel disrespected. I can’t say for certain whether my race played a role, but that’s how it came across to me. I simply wanted water I dont want to drink soda . Lil bro just put my damn bowl in a bag and I will leave. The comment was unnecessary and unprofessional.

  Came to this location just now, found myself lucky to have no wait but it went downhill after that. I’m shocked they get to serve food like this. The white rice looked liked mashed rice. I got only half a spoon of chicken. And as for the guac and lettuce they were very brown. I asked them if this is all they have and they answered by a simple “yes”. Ive tried a couple other locations in the last year and they were not good. This used to be my favorite casual lunch spot years ago but after today I will not be coming back.

  Food line was dirty barely to par levels, service was mediocre and as soon as line formed the young man yelled out for help and like 4-5 young men came out and moved so slow and I thought it was 2 people only but once I seen all these young kids come out it was clear they don’t want to work. Tables were ALL dirty, floors DIRTY, trash full, soft drink machine filthy. I had to ask a cashier to have someone come out and clean a table but took forever so I just had to find the one with least trash and wipe off with napkins. And then one kid came out and barely wiped 2 tables and swept just what he dropped. Unacceptable conditions for a good establishment. Chipotle used to be clean fast and delicious food. Quality of place is gone, so sad to see these new generation of workers with no initiative and lack of care for their job.
