Unfortunately, the chicken in both sandwiches was very dry and lacked juiciness. It also tasted quite overcooked and almost burnt, as if it had been fried and reheated several times. We ordered takeout, so I’m not sure if that affected the quality, but overall, we were quite disappointed. We’re glad we gave it a try, but unfortunately, it’s probably just not for us. It didn’t quite live up to our expectations.

Everyone was friendly, there were lots of smiles, and overall I was very happy with the staff and the location itself. My biggest concern is the value. The portion sizes seem to have decreased significantly while the prices continue to climb. Whether it’s the fries, nuggets, sandwiches, or specialty items, the servings just seem much smaller than they used to be. I ordered the lunch/dinner chicken and waffle sandwich, which I was told was actually larger than the breakfast version. I was honestly shocked at how small it was, especially considering it was $8.59 before tax. I even took a picture with my hand next to it just to show the size because I couldn’t believe it. I also ordered a milkshake. The menu makes it appear like you’re getting a fairly large drink, but the actual cup was considerably smaller — probably around 10 ounces. When I asked, I was told that was the only size available. By the time it was all said and done, I spent around $15 for a very small sandwich and a small milkshake. The food still tastes good and the employees were great, but unfortunately the value just isn’t there anymore. At these prices, the portions need to match.

I arrived only to find the location had already started closing. I showed Jordan, the closing manager, that I had been charged, but he couldn’t offer a refund or any resolution. When I asked for the GM’s name so I could follow up, he said he couldn’t provide it. As a Chick-fil-A One member, I expected much better customer service. Being charged for an order I never received and then receiving no help from management is unacceptable. Safe to say, this location will not be receiving my business moving forward.
