  Walked in only to realize that it would take 10 minutes to be seated. As we ordered it took 30 MINUTES for our food to be served. I ordered 40 spicy garlic *extra wet* and it was DRY. I also ordered fries and it took an extra 20 minutes to come here. Then when it came the fries were unsalted! Then there was this lady named Debbie and she was Amazing! She looked so pretty and was very nice to us but sadly she forgot our fries but it was okay. 4 stars to her Atmosphere was great but service was horrible. I really will NEVER go to this place in life ever again.

  Midori sucks! Doesn’t know what she’s doing. Shouldn’t be a hostess. Asked for a booth. 2 were open but Midori said they were not available. As soon as we sat down on a regular table, Midori sat 2 groups of people on the booths I was requesting. Now those people have more comfortable seats than us. Server was very nice and pleasant tho. Food wise, boneless chx was very dry and over cooked. Fries was soggy and cold. Overall food was a waste. Not worth $115.

  Pretty ridiculous when you send food back for it being cold and try to cancel your entire order (bc you knew it was gonna end up being all bad) & they don’t replace the cold order. Still send out your order at the same luke warm temp AND don’t even offer to remove any items from your order! So we go there for my husband’s birthday as a little pregame - they still redeemed birthday & app points… Ridiculous! Our server Daniella was a sweetheart about everything and super apologetic! Nothing bad towards her one bit! We live super close by and it’s definitely like a 1 in 7 chance of crappy service BUT the fact that we had zero apologies from literally nobody except our server…. TELLING! Probably won’t be back.

  I stopped in for lunch around 12:30pm on April 14th after running errands and had the premium bottomless app, a bacon triple cheeseburger and a 20oz diet pepsi which my server Ana-Alicia made sure I had two additional drink refills, but due to an oversight, I didn't receive a receipt for my meal, and Shawna was kind enough to find the receipt today (April 16th) and email to me so I could enter the points in question. Good work all around, folks :)
