  I don’t even know where to begin. This was one of the most frustrating drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. I waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes before anyone even attempted to take my order. While I was waiting, an employee came over the speaker and asked me to hang on. A short time later, I watched that same employee leave the building to get another employee out of a car. From what I could see, they appeared to be arguing, with one of them acting very unprofessionally. After all that, the speaker finally came back on, but no one was actually taking orders. The lack of organization and professionalism was unbelievable. To make matters worse, the food was incredibly salty. After this experience, I’d rather go to Cane’s. Management seriously needs to invest in better training before this place goes downhill even more. Very disappointed.

  Thank you for finally bringing more of the original North Carolina menu. The ham biscuits are what’s getting me through the mornings.

  Automatic 5 stars for great customer service. This is my first time at Bojangles, I was tempted to come here from good mythical morning who talk so highly of this place. I ordered a 16 piece tender for the family. Thats comes with 3 sides, 6 biscuits, and 1/2 gallon of tea with my chicken. I got home to find only a 12 piece and 4 biscuits. I called and without hesitation they told me to come back. I came back and the customer service was top tier. I should have gotten their names but the gentleman with the glasses and amazing afro I may add and the other gentleman who took my order with also amazing looking long hair (also on point I gotta say) both took care of me with no issue. Both of them are A1 people and i appreciate what they did for me. Beyond happy with how I was treated and the food is FANTASTIC. Easy 5 stars

  Love the food but every single time time they mess up on my order and forget stuff I paid for even sauces . Literally ever single time.

  Of course being from the state Bojangles originated...it'll do for those who are "new" to the vibe. To me it's a "temu" version cause I know what ALL they really serve on the east coast...far more than what's offered.🤷🏾‍♀️
