  We Bo sized order and got one extra Bo round also coffee was terrible and well they never gave me my OJ that we ordered. Their wasn't any people and they couldn't get our order right.

  The food is good, I feel like the reviews are a bit harsh. The chicken is SEASONED, so if you enjoy bland food then this place isn't for you. The biscuits are really good like they advertise.

  I placed an order online. I went through the drive thru like I have many times before without an issue. This time I was told it wasn't ready and I had to go inside an ask for a manager?? So I parked and went inside and my order was on their shelf unit waiting to be picked up. The girl that helped me was very nice and apologized for my inconvenience. But still, what is up with that? Also, no napkins and no straws were provided 👎🏼

  Dear Bojangles Customer Service, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my family's dinner order today at the #1456 Henderson location. We ordered a 20-piece meal, but several items were incorrect or missing. Specifically, we did not receive our dirty rice or three out of the five sauces we ordered. Additionally, we did not receive our strawberry lemonade; instead, we were given two strawberry teas that we did not order. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter.   The food is excellent I really loved it but at least the passed 2 time I’ve been to that drive thru the lady taking my order is very rude she doesn’t make customers feel good about being there it sounds more like she is obligated to talk to people but for her to be a manager i find it really sad because managers are who represent the store I walked in to the store and two young man welcomed me in and I asked for the ladies name they told me her name was Sierra and as I was along she was in the middle of the kitchen yelling at someone I hope someone in that store can just read this and do something maybe she just needs guidance
