Not being able to order your chicken sandwich until 10:30am is the worst choice you could possibly make. Not everyone wants your small, boring breakfast sandwiches or your plain hash rounds. It’s not like you’re not frying chicken in the morning, you have a fried chicken biscuit that’s just a dry as the weather out here. Make it so we can order the chicken sandwich in the morning or lose your already dwindling customer base. This isn’t for the employees or the managers, I know they couldn’t care less, it’s technically not their money to lose. This is for upper management, don’t ruin the name Bojangles the moment you step foot in the west coast.

I was there around 11am on August 7th. The first really bad thing is they were taking customers cards for payment then turning their back on uou and walking away from you around the restaurant. You should never walk away from a customer with the customer payment in hand. This was making customers uncomfortable and no explanation as to why they were walking off. If there is anything unauthorized taken out of my bank account im pointing the finger at bojangels. Then the girl came over and asked if I wanted a big Mac. Not really as im not at McDonald's. What she wanted to know is if I wanted a large Mac and cheese. Im sorry im not in on bojangels restaurant lingo. She came by to also tell it would be a 45 minute wait but meant a 4 to 5 minute wait. Please use complete sentences! The last dig was having to go ask for utensils and the girl did not know what utensils were. Please let your staff know what utensils are as its silvware is often called utensils.

Pulled up to the drive through for some good ol' Bo. Waited outside for around 30 minutes cause they ran out of Mac and Cheese (had to make more). The staff doubled me up on the Mac and offered sweets as well for the wait time. Problems will aways arise in food service, especially fast food, however great customer service is what makes the difference.

I understand pulling cars forward when there's a line of customers waiting. That makes perfect sense. What doesn't make sense is being the only car in the drive-thru, with an empty parking lot and no one behind me, and still being told to park and wait because the food is still cooking. Waiting at the window or waiting in the parking spot doesn't change how long the food takes to cook, so the process feels unnecessary from the customer's perspective. To top it off, I was asked what sauces I wanted, and none of them were included with my order. I'm not upset about waiting for fresh food—I just wish the process made sense and my order was complete.
