May want to mobile order here, but if you see a lot of people just go to Albertsons and pick up some BR there. They may want to consider sending the manager back to Baskin Robbins College. Mr. Robbins would not be happy with this location.

Itās nice to have them back, but my first visit left me pretty disappointed. The line was extremely long, the service was very slow, and the ordering process felt much more complicated than it needed to be. Instead of taking each customerās items as they were ready, the employee was trying to manage a large multi-item order all at once, which seemed to slow everything down even more. I understand there are new employees being trained, so Iām willing to give some grace there. What really surprised me, though, was that they were weighing the individual scoops of ice cream. At around $4.50 for a single scoop, over $6 for a double, and nearly $8 for a triple, Iāve always felt the premium price was justified because the scoops were usually generous. On my visit, the weighed scoops looked noticeably small, and I didnāt feel like I received good value for what I paid. Iām hoping these are just growing pains from opening a new location because Iād like to support them. But if the service remains this slow and the portions continue to feel this limited at those prices, Iāll probably choose to spend my money elsewhere.

You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
