  I used to love Arby’s when I was a kid but I haven’t had it in probably 10-15 years so I decided to try it today and man was it a huge disappointment! The food was actually disgusting! How can people eat this? The roast beef was rubbery and had no flavor and the potato cakes tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil. I took 2 bites and threw it on the trash. Gross! Never eating that junk again.

  One of the things I ordered was the corned beef rubin for delivery. That sandwich was missing. I called to complain, and the manager refused to take responsibility. She blamed the delivery driver for taking it. So I am without a sandwich that I paid for.

  Ordered the new cheese steak, only 1/3 the meat of what on the sandwich on the commercials, $14 ripoff, beware

  Milkshakes are still great. But there is something different about the cheese sauce they are using now on the beef and cheddars. Wish they could go back to the old recipe.
