  I like Arby’s and have been eating the same 3-4 favorite menu items for decades. One of my faves is the Chicken, Bacon, and Swiss sandwich. Last night, however, this Arby’s location served me a very odd version using a (ton…way too much) of mayonnaise….. the Chicken, Bacon, and Swiss is supposed to come with honey mustard, not mayo. The Swiss was also cold, not at all warmed or melted -the sheer amount of mayo was keeping the cheese cold. I would have asked for someone to remake my sandwich with honey mustard but they were clearly struggling to keep up with the couple customers they had as it had already taken 10 minutes for them to make my sandwich wrong. The sandwich was OK for what it was….but ultimately tasted nothing like what it should have and so was disappointing. The tables in the dining room were all dirty, and there were no lids for medium drink cups, making eating there less enjoyable too.

  After a terrible restaurant visit at another restaurant Arby’s was the greatest meal I had in a long time great customer service and food was delicious 🤤

  Guy taking orders at the counter is miserable, obviously hates his life, the quality of the food reflects this sentiment.
