I just came in and being the only two customers in there with no one in the parking lot. I wanted to order food. the employee I saw wasn't really doing anything so I was expecting to have the employee take my order. She asked if i had cash or card but what does that matter? She told me I would have to use the kiosk to order food because they was customers to use that. I said I want to talk to a person. If I have to order from a kiosk I should get paid something for putting in my own order. I told the lady well I am out then because I am not ordering from a kiosk. She then said we'll I will take your order. I can't talk to a machine if I am ever allergic to any sauces or anything that is on the menu I would like to ask questions about a menu item if it is new or never had it before. That is why I feel if fast foods having kiosk. I should be able to get paid and might as well put on an apron right then and there and be allowed to use the kitchen myself for what I want if I am taking my own order. I guess once robots are fully functional to make food and able to take orders with cash or card. Then human employees be out of the job. If you have no one in the parking lot. Employees should be able to accommodate the customers needs.

Not one drop of customer service in this place. Woman who took my order showed no sign of kindness not even a you're welcome or reply to have a nice day.

You all be NICE at the drive thru (Especially around the time they open) Because Patty is the sweetest and she deserves all the respect.. Lol. Also, I personally have never had an issue with my food orders especially with ordering ahead on mobile app. It’s always done already after placing 10 mins prior to me placing it.

Well, I got take out from the Arby's at Sunset & Stephanie for the first time in a while. So many nice folks work there. However, I was there for the food & not to have my service dog complimented so many times. I got a Reuben, French Dip & Curly Fries. The Reuben was tasteless & the worst I've ever had. There was something wrong with the sauerkraut. The French Dip was lacking everything I remember that sandwich having when I thought it was really great with that dip. It wasn't even cut in half for crying out loud. How lazy does the person have to be who prepared it to not even take the time to cut it in half? The curly fries were ok, but way well done. Overall, it was the worst return on a $22 purchase in my 62 years in this way too random world of ours. The irony is that I passed up the brand new Smith's in that shopping center which is outstanding. I also passed up having fresh ribs or a steak at the brand new Applebee's too located at the entrance. I won't eat there again. Fool me once, etc.🫡
