  NOT the best experience. The so-called manager did nothing but berate and complain loudly about her employees. We dined in for about 30 minutes, and she was loud, unprofessional, and rude the entire time. When managing employees, there is a time and place to redirect—but this was not it. I honestly wish I had recorded the experience; it was nauseating. This behavior occurred even in front of customers at the counter. The young man who took our order, however, was polite. 5/1/2026

  The rudest customer service I have encountered.. Will be looking for new location. This is not the first time either. Usually it’s the older blond lady but today it was a blond girl I haven’t seen before. Hopefully Corporate sees this!

  I went here for the first time in 20 years and got basically what I expected. The sprite was out, and the “classic” sandwich was nothing but bread and lukewarm, pale beef. I took one bite and spit it out immediately. Absolutely disgusting.
