My birthday was 8/28 and my husband made reservations at Meril's in early July right after announcing their opening. I even walked past the restaurant on 7/10 and stopped to ask when the official opening was going to be. I mentioned that my husband made reservations for my birthday and end of cancer treatment; she said to go ahead and pick out my table which I did. Fast forward to birthday dinner on 8/29 and when we arrived at Meril's we were told someone was sitting at the chosen table reserved for six weeks! We were told we could wait or take another table. That table was special; my husband asked to speak with a manager and a young kid came out and said the same thing - we can wait or take another table. We decided on the spot to go to Anthony's, no reservation and fortunately were seated. Was it the best table - no, but grateful to get seated and enjoy an absolutely delicious prime rib! The waiter even brought out a birthday cupcake. Very appreciative of the service and that we were able to eat, one of my first outings in months due to cancer treatment!
We recently hosted my husband’s 80th birthday party at Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood at the M Resort with a group of 30 people, and the entire evening exceeded all expectations.
Coordinating a party of this size is rarely easy, but the team at Anthony’s executed everything with absolute professionalism. The pacing and timing were remarkable, and every single entree for all 30 guests was brought out simultaneously, hot, and cooked to perfection. The presentation across the board was stunning, and the kitchen handled every request and extra sauce seamlessly without missing a beat.
A massive thank-you to our servers, Nate and Fabio, who were beyond amazing. They went above and beyond all night to ensure every guest had what they needed, maintaining warm, attentive, top-tier service from start to finish.
A special shout-out to Head Chef Chris, who went out of his way to prepare a custom, off-menu vegan meal for my daughter and her partner. Accommodating dietary restrictions at a premier steakhouse can often feel like an afterthought, but Chef Chris treated it with genuine care and creativity, making it a standout highlight of the meal.
Anthony’s delivered an unforgettable night for our family and made my dad’s milestone birthday truly special. We cannot recommend them highly enough for exceptional dining or large private events!
Very Disappointing Experience
Anthony's Prime Steakhouse was truly one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had. The employees were rude, unhelpful, and showed very little concern for customer service. Unfortunately, the manager, Tony, was no better.
The so-called reservation system was extremely frustrating. We had a reservation, yet we were pulled out of the line twice and rudely told that if we came back for our reservation, we would have to get back in line.
What made the situation even worse was that when we returned, two people who had simply walked in without a reservation were seated before us. When I asked to speak with the manager, Tony's response was essentially that there was nothing wrong with what happened.
That attitude was incredibly disappointing. A manager should be trying to resolve a customer's concern, not dismiss it.
The way this restaurant handled our reservation and treated us as customers was unacceptable. Poor organization, poor communication, and even worse customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend Anthony's Prime Steakhouse.

My\nFamily and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and also , my son's twenty second birthday and we had such a wonderful time! We came for the brunch buffet and it didn't disappoint. All the staff were so friendly and so welcoming and everybody's smiles and they're just very nice there , and it's great , i'm beyonce and great energy , very classy decor. They also have outside seating area that overlooks the pool. The food was delicious, the prime rib was cooked perfect for my taste. The lobster was delicious, the lamb delectable although it was served a little rarer than I like, that's not a problem , because if you ask the servers to cook it more for you , they will! There's sides where delicious and I think my favorite side was the scalloped cheesy potatoes. My absolute favorite thing was the salmon, it was so flavorful and cooked to perfection! They're asparagus is grilled and delicious. They have many things for you to try, full breakfast bar, the french toast taste so good. They also have a beautiful fruit bar with many different types of fruit and fresh salads. My favorite from their desserts options was the cream brulee, and the strawberry mini cheesecakes. The bathroom is a little small with only two stalls , but it was very clean and modern. Me and my family will be back, we had such a lovely time.
We came to Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood for their Sunday brunch buffet, and honestly, this was an absolute heaven for buffet lovers. At $99, I think it’s an insane value for the quality and selection you get.
Coming from Vancouver, Canada, where we don’t really have a buffet scene like this, this was such a treat. The selection was incredible — unlimited lobster, prime rib, lamb chops, crab legs, beef Wellington, and so much more. The seafood and meats alone make the price feel completely justified.
Everything felt indulgent and high quality, and I loved that there were so many premium options rather than just the usual buffet staples. You can really go all out and get your money’s worth.
Honestly, this is easily one of the best buffets I’ve had anywhere in North America. If you’re visiting Las Vegas and love seafood, steak, and all-you-can-eat luxury, I would absolutely recommend making a reservation for the Sunday brunch.
Come hungry — you’re going to want to try everything!
