Very unprofessional there was an altercation with two employees and a man one of the ladies was hitting the doors yelling in the parking lot it got to the point were someone had to get out of there car and brake up the altercation and then there was an employee who decided to hold up the line because she wanted to have her own conversation whoever is management needs to step it up

I go here usually every 1 in 3 days due to working nearby. The food always tastes amazing and consistently the same. For a decent price you can get a good meal with typically quickly made food. The staff is always kind and clearly do their job well.

The Taco Bell in Fernley is the most screwed up Taco Bell there is. Went there a week or so ago, got in the drive thru and tried to order and I'm told "Sorry we can't put the orders into our screens, so I can't take your order. The only way you can order is through our app." So, I asked if I could come into the dining room and order? Because I don't have a smart phone with an app. I'm told, "No, our dining room is closed."
So, last night I wait through a long line, get up to the order speaker and they ask, "Will this be uber or app?". I said no, so they proceed to tell me, "Sorry our wifi is down, so I can't take your order." So, I asked if I could come into the dining room and order? She says, "No, our dining room is under construction."
So, I have to wait about 20 minutes in their sorry line so I can even go someplace else. It is so bad at this Taco Bell both the owner and manager need to be fired!!!

I dont eat at taco bell but apparently its okay to lock the lobby doors during business hours. When I saw maybe 3 cars in drive through and no one in lobby. 4 people working currently. Just focus no need to prevent certain people from getting food stop goofing around so much and get the job done.

10/10 DONT recommend this Taco Bell on a weekend or at all. After waiting 30 minutes to get to the ordering box (with only 2 cars in front of us) we were told 1 of our drinks wasn't available (from our online order, if your out of something In store take it off line - instead listing things you don't have and not listing things you do) barley being able to understand the worker due to the consistent stuttering and quite tone. Then getting to the window the worker tried to tell me I didn't order 2 of my drinks before looking and seeing I did. (Now waiting an hour) after receiving our food we had to go inside to have one thing remade and another made. A manger then told me she had made my item and it didn't include any modifications when it clearly did and I had the order on my phone. In total we were there an hour and a half before leaving with our food.
Previously the night before around 12am (midnight) going to taco bell they told me they were out of beans so I was unable to get any of my food. Come to find out calling the next day the establishment informed me they have never been and should never be out of beans. So in order to get out of making more the workers lied and said they were out. The person on the phone then said "that manager is now in big trouble" which shows a lack of professionalism.
This taco bell rarely ever has any problems on week days but for some reason everything seems to go wrong on weekends weather it's with the food the wait time or just disrespect and lack of customer service all together.
