  Worst experience I ever had. We ordered a stuff crust pizza. Got it home and realized they gave us the wrong pizza. We drive back and it's 9 and they don't close till 10. I go to show the pizza and the door is locked. I knock and and employee comes out and I show him. He says well call me tomorrow . And I told him well this pizza isn't what we order can you just make the pizza we ordered. He starts yelling and she's were closed there is nonthig we can do. Keep in mind it's still 9 and point to the sign that says they're open till 10. He then says I don't care what the sign says. At this point I'm just so done. I leave and and yelled back. Never been treated this bad and this guys attitude is just over the top. Stay clear of this place they don't know what they are doing and are super rude and this isn't not the first time they messed up but this was the last time we ever go there again. And to the guy who yelled and said he doesn't care what the sign said while yelling at me, what is wrong with you man. That's not how you treat a customer.

  Didn’t receive item from my order, put in a refund ticket and still haven’t gotten my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They’re awful. They deliver with DoorDash… wouldn’t have ever ordered from them if I knew this beforehand.

  Late post 7/15/26 I personally prefer Pizza Hut’s Original Pan and Hand Tossed crusts, especially with the Garlic-Parmesan Hut Blend seasoning. The Pepperoni Duo is another favorite, featuring both traditional pepperoni and crispy cupped pepperoni for extra flavor and texture. I do wish there were a little more and equally placed toppings. (Some slices had less pep and vegetables) In Fernley, only a couple of places offer something similar. Pizza Factory is another favorite, especially with their Hot Honey drizzle. We also enjoy Pizza Hut’s Personal Pan Pizzas—they’re the perfect size for a quick meal. Their daily deals and weekly specials make them an even better value, so we find ourselves ordering there fairly often. Delivery provided by DoorDash the PHut app. Late post 6/25/26 Sadly, the hand-tossed pizza tasted like it was made with old dough. It was bland and lacked any real flavor. The Tavern-style pizza also wasn’t a favorite, as the herb seasoning was overwhelming and overpowered the rest of the pizza. Fortunately, the pan pizza saved the day—it had much better flavor and was definitely the standout of the three especially with its dual pep.
