  This place is such a hit or miss. Sometimes you can have fast service with nice clean people. Other times you could be sitting there waiting for thirty minutes for simple one meal.

  I’m not much of a fast food eater, however every so often, in times of need and with no time to sit down and eat, they definitely come in handy. I happened to be near McDonald’s and noticed there were no waits or long lines, so I decided to grab a quick bite. The representative over the speaker was very pleasant, clear, and professional. Once I pulled up to the cashier window, I realized he was also the person who took my order — and again, he was personable, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I made sure to let him know he was one of the better interactions I’ve had at this location. I usually try to avoid this McDonald’s because of the lack of customer care I’ve experienced in the past, so I felt Osvy deserved recognition. He’s a great representation of customer service and should definitely work the window more often. Per usual, they had me park and wait for the food, but Aspen was also very pleasant and actually thanked me — which sadly seems rare nowadays. Usually team members just hand you the food and walk away. Overall, today was one of the better experiences I’ve had at this location. Great job, Osvy and Aspen!

  7:30 pm McDonalds fare, tasty but horrible service. Not enogh staff to bring order to table. Kiosk not working properly, staff rude not helpfull, order incomplete had to pick up the overprice condiments on a second trip to said understaffed counter. Long wait times for our orders and observed drive thru customers waiting an excessive amount if time as well as having to come in to get the correct orders completed. It seemed they are putting more priority into getting the uber eats orders instead of dine in guests. Then the begging for a round up on yur transactions. How is it that a multi billion dollar company requests round ups from people so they can take the tax write off knowing fair well regular people cant take the "charitable donations". Seems wrong. However, Wendy's should send a thank you card, as I just became a Wendy'scustomer.

  Over half an hour waiting in the pickup area just to finally get my order and have it be wrong. This place needs to figure something else out because the system of sending cars away from the drive thru window and having them fill up all of the curbside spots and wait is a joke. I will be making a report with Mcdonald’s corporate because there is no possible way this is how they want there customer experience to be. There is a reason I’m getting fast food. Because I don’t have the time to cook and I want a quick meal. If I wanted to wait 30+ minutes for my food I would sit down at a fancy restaurant and eat. Just ridiculous.

  I wasn’t aware that a double quarter pounder came with one piece of meat I thought double meant two. Guess that’s why I don’t work at McDonald’s. Maybe if these people want raises that make the food price on a mcchicken to go up, they should probably know and learn how to do their job first. Management is obviously failing here, this isn’t rocket science it’s literally putting meat on a grill and pulling it off. If you’re going to rip off customers do what we did back in the day and short change don’t screw me out of a patty.
