- JGJustin GSep 5, 20265.0The service is good. Easy in and out. The chicken strips are kind of bad. Grisly, rubbery. The batter needs some work. more flavor. there's not enough "krunchy." I'm a big fan of fried chicken and if you did it right I'd be back a few times a week. Those strips are too meaty. Its not the fault of the employees, need a decision from the top to put some more seasoning in there and use higher quality chicken or tenderize and marinate those babies. Why can't we have good food anymore guys what the heck
- HKHan KukJul 6, 20261.0Terrible customer service. I stopped by to pick up some chicken today and had a very unpleasant experience. I spent nearly $50 here, and it feels like a complete waste of money. The woman at the counter had a terrible attitude, a sour face, and showed absolutely NO MANNERS. She acted as if she didn't want to make a sale and didn't want to serve anyone. Whether she is an employee or the owner, this is definitely not how you treat paying customers. Will not be coming back.
- JMjuan moralesSep 17, 20251.0The girl that is working the chicken place is super rude and snappy at the customers. She was yelling at me and throwing the items i had ordered around like she was angry. Her customer service skills are trash. I will be telling anyone who listens to not visit this chicken spot. Its a shame because we went out of our way to get the Krunchy chicken. She was also rude and choppy to my coworkers that had gone with me to get the fried chicken i had been raving about. Management has to do better.

- TSTod SahJun 14, 20252.0I got ripped off. I ordered a 3 piece chicken on special for $5.99. She asked me what sauce, I said gravy. The cashier charged me $9.99. I asked her why, and she said she had to charge me for a side order for the half cup of gravy. I told her I didn't order a side dish, but she still argued and charged me anyway. At Jollibee, you get way better chicken that always comes with free gravy for a dipping sauce. What a scam!
