  I had ordered a passion fruit freeze and did not get what I asked for. I then told the worker politely. And he tried saying I ordered otherwise which wasn’t true I had other people in the car so I just wasted my money on a drink that tastes horrible and wasn’t what I ordered. Taco Bell was my favorite fast food restaurant and now it’s become my least favorite.

  Just had the most terrible fast food service in my life. (I'm 74 years old.) After along drive, my wife and I decided to have a sit down meal. It was a disaster. The music was loud pounding bass and screaming rage music. While ordering our food, the young men preparing the food were loudly arguing amongst themselves over an order. We quickly asked them to change our order to take out. Our food order was not correct. They forgot to give me the drink and one of the tacos was incorrect. Our crispy tacos were soggy and stuck to the wrapper so they fell a part. The food did not taste as good compared to other Taco Bells. We strongly advise avoiding this location. There was one employee who apologized for the bad music and incorrect order but he obviously was not the manager who could have corrected this mess.

  They did not give me my order because they said the don't have a enough man power to make 8 burritos.

  They were out of carbonated sodas when I got there but I get it. Thinks break or human error can cause lapses in inventory. It did take almost 10 minutes just for 4 crunchy tacos though, and the dining room was empty and there wasn't any cars in the drive thru half the time, so I'm not sure what happened there. Still, it's Taco Bell and the tacos at least tasted fresh so I'll let it slide.
