    It's almost like you just can't trust fast food anymore. Old stale fries. It's pretty expensive for fast food with poor food.

    Very poor service this time. Even manager bluntly popped off at me during my explanation of why we came in from the drive thru. Rather than apologizing and trying to reconcile the issue and make things better she wanted to give excuses.

    Staff was rude. I visit about two times a month, in the last 3 years I have never been able to get a shake, the machine is always "broken," (get a new one or take this item off the menu). We ate in and the tables and floors needed attention. Food was not fresh or hot. I know... my bad for keep going back.
