  Walked in to pick up 2 large pizzas the person with tattoos was very rude. Never gave me my salad. Get home call the store about not getting the salad and the manager was extremely rude when I explained the situation was trying to give us a 10%discount on next order, we dont really go to pizza hut. He said that we had a choice to come back or just take the 10%discount. Was extremely rude the entire time. Never coming back to this location until management is fixed with their attitude.

  My wife went in to grab an order of wings and the workers were very disrespectful to her. Giving her attitude, saying ‘Here you go princess, you can carry these out yourself’. I used to work at this location and it’s sad and disgusting to see how far the customer service has gone down. This is the last time I will be ordering from this location. And shame on all the workers there.

  I was a walk in. Told to wait because system is "down". Would not even take the order. Bad management practice.

  Had issues with app online and called it in, spoke with Crystal. If she's not a manager, she should be. Pizza Hut, she has the best customer service skills I have ever come across you have an asset.
