  Literally live 5 minutes away and ordered delivery thinking pizza factory would deliver it like normal . No they sent it through door dash who had to message me multiple times to find my place which is on the map and no one ever has issues. They guy was very raggedy like he was homeless and didn't deliver it in a pizza bag so on top of this random guy driving around with my pizza it came cold. 33$ for a COLD 1 large pepperoni pizza to have it delivered through a totally different company I didnt authorize is BS! Atleast tell me its through a 3rd party so i can pick it up myself . This place has really gone down hill. Ill stick to driving to left coast pizza .

  I don't know what happened but I can tell you my pizza was the bomb it was the best pizza I've had in a long time

  We got an extra large pepperoni pizza. It may have been dbl pepperoni cuz there was a ton of meat. It was delicious! Crust amazing!
