  I sent an email about a situation we had when we came in a month or so back about a young lady we had problems with. Nobody has bothered to reach out. We will no longer be visiting.

  the service was horrible i ordered a cesar salad she just gave me a box of lettuce and gave me the wrong stuff i ordered i ordered a brownie and got a cookie and there was no cinnamon on my cina twix or icing i’m so mad

  I ordered a scheduled delivery around mid day to be delivered in the evening. I get home and there's no pizza, 30 minutes passed when it was to be delivered. I call them and they tell me that they don't have any delivery drivers and they sent my order to door dash. They had no idea if or when door dash would be available. They couldn't call and let me know??? I had to go and get it. And then I get home. They made the pizza incorrectly. I guess that's my fault for not checking and thinking they could at least do that correctly. Crust was good on the pizza that was right. Soo... Silver lining I guess.

  I tried to buy 4 sm pizza doe's. (Something I've done a dozen times before) the employee informed me that they couldn't because it's a health department violation. This is complete BS. Papa Murphys sells raw doe every day. Then they have new owners and they don't want to sell it. So I won't be back for anything.
