  Best pizza in town 😋 Highly recommended and the staff is super friendly 😃 The new owners are really engaged and want to bring everyone an experience that is exceptional and inviting! They are undergoing some remodeling. I can't wait to see the end result when it is finished! 🙂 Also they are one of the only pizza places left in town who does lunch buffet during the week. It includes salad bar, pizza, sides, and a drink at an unbeatable price!

  Th e pizza is so freaking good but they use ai to take ur order now and half of the time it barely works. Yucky you omg

  Ordered delivery from here twice. Paid both times. Both orders were cancelled for no reason. No call to say it was not coming. Waited 2 hours when I called them. All I got was it wasn’t me, that was someone else. There’s no manager here. I don’t know why it wasn’t delivered. If you want to place another order you can come pick it up. Terrible customer service. Way overpriced for cold pizza as long as it takes to show up. Will never order from here again.

  Been here many times over the years and enjoyed their pizza. Usually have a cold beer with it but not this evening as there is no one working here old enough to sell beer. Where’s the manager to fill in???

  Ordered delivery that came an hour late, I called them when it was half an hour late and the person on the phone sounded like he had no idea where my food was and said they used a third party delivery service and said he would check with them and call me back which he never did. When the food did arrive it was definitely not fresh and just warm because of how late it was and when I asked a delivery person about what was happening they said they had another delivery they were waiting on from firehouse. This is EXACTLY why I ordered directly from the pizza factory website because I didn’t want my order to wait for other orders from other restaurants on said third party services but it didn’t matter. Horrible business decision to not have your own drivers for your own restaurant.
