    I wanted to share some feedback regarding the Dutch Bros location on E. Williams. Unfortunately, this has not been an isolated experience, as I have encountered similar issues on several visits. I understand that morning rushes can be busy and stressful, and I truly appreciate the hard work that goes into serving a large number of customers quickly. However, customer service at this location has consistently felt unfriendly and disengaged. The staff often appear unhappy, and interactions can come across as rushed or dismissive. On a recent visit, our drinks were made incorrectly. While mistakes can happen, I was disappointed by the response when I politely brought the issue to the barista's attention. Instead of addressing the concern with understanding, the interaction felt met with attitude, which left a negative impression. Additionally, I believe there is a serious concern regarding drink labeling. One of our beverages was ordered sugar-free while the other was not. The drinks were not marked to indicate which one was sugar-free, making it impossible to tell them apart especially when the same beverage was ordered. This is particularly important because I have a sensitivity to artificial sweeteners that can cause severe headaches if I accidentally consume a sugar-free beverage. Proper labeling is not only a matter of convenience but also a matter of customer safety and care. I am a loyal Dutch Bros customer and spend a considerable amount of money with your company because I enjoy your products and the positive experiences I typically receive at other locations. For that reason, it is disappointing to repeatedly encounter poor customer service and preventable mistakes at this location. I hope this feedback can be used as an opportunity for improvement, as I would love to continue supporting Dutch Bros and have the same positive experience at the E. Williams location that I receive elsewhere.
