This location is my first ever Db location so it's sad to see that it's gone so downhill. Did some time Ice seen that this location had become less and less "Dutch Bros vibes" and seems to be taken over by employees who come across as unhappy to be there and only there for the paycheck.
I didn't give up until today 02July26.
When I arrived at about 1630 I saw a closed notice in the window stating they failed the health department inspection. That was very concerning but since I drive one to two hours to get Dutch, I didn't want to miss out.
The location was full so I tried asking if ask three locations were closed or just the one.
The first employee just slid the windows open quicky and said they were closed. I asked about the other two locations but she just slammed the window.
Another employee came over and rudely stated they were closed. I told her I could read and she interrupted by saying they were closed. I asked if it was just this location or the other two.
She came across offended and in av shit stated "They're open" before slamming the windows closed again.
Okay, fair enough. The employees here want to have a Starbucks attitude, I'll return to this location as often as I go to Starbucks. SO NEVER.
Then I went to the south Carson location where I clearly ordered a large, iced Black Forest with the cherry soft top.
The girl taking the order failed to repeat back even one correct item in the order.
First she asked if I wanted it as a Rebel, Myst, lemonade or every drink.
I told her it was speed to be a coffee drink.
TO which she asked if I wanted it with regular milk. I mentioned that it was speed to be a mocha drink. She then asked if I wanted it with chocolate milk. Then repeated that I wanted it blended. Forgot to add in the cherry soft top .
I understand not every DB location is familiar with the idea of a "kitty lid" so she can be forgiven for getting that part of the order wrong.
What's going on with the Carson locations?
Fortunately in the decades going to DB locations across the West Coast area this is only my second negative experience and done other incredible experiences have also happened.
I just have no desire to go to the Carson stores any longer.

Horribly slow. Like really really slow. Very slow. Extremely slow. Slow as molasses. Slower than dirt. Just slow period. Geez. It’s just a coffee bud. Pick it up or shut it down.

This used The best Dutch Bros in town. That is not the case anymore. Every time I come here, my drink is made incorrectly. I asked for my beverage hand blended. It’s not almost every single time. The consistency and color is very different when Hand blended. Today was a sticker drop. I was the third customer in line at five in the morning. I waited 20 minutes and i was not given a sticker and told they ran out. Today is the day the sticker came out?

They seem to have really went downhill, mind you this was 5 star rated by me 3 years ago. Why is it so difficult to put caramel drizzle? Ive literally taken my drink to another location up the road to have it properly made. I will not be spending money here to receive poor quality. Please do better.

How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
