- HHH20JNKYSep 28, 20261.0Just stood inside Chipotle and watched an employee completely empty the front food line to fill online orders (literally took my wife’s tortilla for his online order and proceeded to fill). I asked him point blank if online orders are more important than us, and he said yes!!! Because "they already paid." (I was furious) Look, I get it, digital orders and online payments are important. But don't look me in the eye, tell me I'm not as important as a screen, and literally take the food away from my order while making me wait. Standing in the restaurant shouldn't make you a second-class citizen. Chipotle, you need to do better.
