It seems this might be one of the few that aren’t owned and operated by actual followers of Jesus. The attitude and atmosphere here do not reflect the expectations of Chick-fil-A from my experience

I don’t write many reviews, but this is one of the few places I genuinely look forward to visiting. I live in Bridgeport, California, which means getting Chick-fil-A isn’t exactly a quick trip around the corner. When I make the drive to Carson City, it’s because I specifically want Chick-fil-A. The chicken is consistently excellent, the food quality is fantastic, and it’s honestly the standard I compare other fast-food chicken restaurants against. The reason I’m writing this review is simple: Please, for the love of all things chicken, stop being so stingy with the Chick-fil-A sauce. The food is great. The sauce is one of the things that makes Chick-fil-A special. It’s iconic, and it’s part of the experience. That’s why it’s so frustrating when large orders come with barely enough sauce to cover a fraction of the meal. My most recent order is a perfect example. I ordered two 12-count nugget meals and two Chick-fil-A sandwich meals. That’s two dozen nuggets, two sandwiches, and four orders of fries. When I got home and opened everything up, I found that the entire order came with only four Chick-fil-A sauces. Four. For two sandwiches, twenty-four nuggets, and four fries. I genuinely don’t understand the logic behind that. That’s a large order, and four sauces barely gets through part of it. The next day, when I’m opening the leftovers and realizing there isn’t any sauce left, it’s even more frustrating because I don’t exactly live around the corner from the restaurant. If I lived in town, I wouldn’t care nearly as much. But when you’re driving a considerable distance specifically because you enjoy the food, getting shorted on one of the signature parts of the meal stands out. This review isn’t coming from someone who dislikes Chick-fil-A. Quite the opposite. I keep coming back because the food is consistently excellent. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the quality is usually exactly what I expect. That’s why this issue is so frustrating. The Chick-fil-A sauce isn’t some random condiment sitting in the corner. It’s one of the things people associate with your brand. It feels a little ridiculous that I can order enough food to feed multiple people and still feel like I’m rationing sauce packets like they’re a precious natural resource. The food keeps me coming back. The sauce situation keeps me shaking my head every time. Great food. Great restaurant. Just please be a little more generous with the sauce.

"My pleasure"... Really? I came here for a milkshake and went to the curbside for a speedy pickup. No one brought it out for like 10 minutes. I had to storm inside, having noticed that the app acted as though my order was already picked up. I was livid thinking that someone stole my shake, but thankfully that wasn't the case. It was sitting on their counter for the whole damn time. I was absolutely pissed off when I saw that. I asked her how long it was there and she just shrugged. I think she was going to remake it, but I just took it with me even though it was half melted. You only get one chance to make a good impression and the single moment you make such an awful mistake as to ignore curbside orders, that will result in backlash. It seems that even Chick-Fil-A's great service has been infected by Nevada's apathy. Everyone in Nevada is apathetic and they bring it to work. Inevitably that kills off businesses. When good service erodes, the restaurants go out of business because people lose faith or interest in supporting them. I'm very VERY angry after my experience today.
