  Oof no wonder this new Taco Bell has 3 stars. I was hoping because it was so new that it would be the best. They don’t even get all the ingredients into items. The quesadilla I had was just straight cheese and chicken - where was the pink sauce? (the pink sauce is a mixture of sour cream and taco sauce). If I wanted just a real quesadilla I would’ve gone to the Mexican restaurant. This Taco Bell location is gonna fail.

  Chalupas are one of my favorites at Taco Bell. However the Taco Bell in Battle Mountain serves rock hard chalupa shells that you can't even bite into without breaking your teeth!!! Come on people it only takes 3 minutes to fry up a nice fresh chalupa. Pull me out of your drive thru and take an extra few minutes to serve that food. And that meal is not cheap to be serving crappy food!

  This place has some of the WORST customer service I can imagine -- I waited forever to get basic answers about cost and pricing about the supreme party pack and desserts. People here are frankly really slow and need retraining or rehiring. Would not recommend this place compared to Las Vegas, where people are more responsive in my opinion Z.
